Each 1/4 comes with approximately 120lbs of Grassfed, dry aged, Scottish Highland Beef. A mix of Steaks, Roasts, and Ground will be included. Organ meats can be included upon request (while supplies last).

Scottish Highland Beef is known as the "World's Best Beef". It is slow maturing, lean beef that is also rich in protein and iron. In addition to it being unsurpassed for flavour, tenderness and juiciness, it has some unique properties that make its meat superior to other breeds of cattle.
 
Studies show that Highland Beef is better for us than other breeds of cattle. It is:
Lower in total fat, lower in cholesterol and higher in protein
 
Lower in levels of ‘bad fats’ such as omega 6
